Bolted lining

  • Each single plate is fastened by a bolt to the mill shell,
  • The drilling scheme of such mill tube is often standarized:
    • Pi - Division at the mill circumference,
    • Division 250 mm in longitudinal direction,
  • But frequently the drilling scheme deviates from the norm,
  • There is additional work necessary in order to adapt the single plates by fastening through bolts,
  • The bolted lining system is easy to operate and can be installed without the assistance of a CPB specialist.
