- The load transmission between mill cylinder and diaphragm structure is done by positive locking,
- This avoids interactive load influences between diaphragm structure and mill cylinder,
- The "floating fixation" ensures a longer lifetime of the mill cylinder, mill diaphragm, and related parts and offers the following advantages:
- noticeably less tension between diaphragm structure and mill cylinder,
- no relative movements and deformations inside the diaphragm structure,
- even distribution of forces,
- precise fitting also for older, oval-shaped mill cylinders,
- stabilization of the mill cylinder.
