Newsletter II-2012

Introduction

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, dear honoured customers,

Europe´s largest grinding plant is in the HeidelbergCement plant of Gòrażdże in Poland. It was planned, built and commissioned in April by Christian Pfeiffer. Read more about that in this newsletter.

The next Pfeiffer workshop will take place from the 24th to the 26th September 2012. This time, we have adjusted our concept completely to you, our customers:

Expand your knowledge about grinding and separator technology. Deepen your knowledge of procedural processes of grinding plants. And in more particular ways: Learn how to increase your production and, at the same time, be able to save energy!

The first time, participants of this workshop have the opportunity to submit their own topics. These are then discussed with our experts in workshops of small groups. So it´s best to register today, as the number of participants is limited.

We already had reported in the last newsletter how production can be increased by replacing the separator. Read now on the case study of the plant Schelklingen of HeidelbergCement, which increase of performance is possible by remodelling the existing separator to the new Christian-Pfeiffer separator design.

We hope you enjoy reading our newsletter.

The Christian-Pfeiffer Team

In April of this year, Christian Pfeiffer has planned, built and commissioned for HeidelbergCement in the cement plant Górażdże, Poland, a ball mill with a diameter of 5.2 m and a grinding path length of 16.75 m, making it thus the largest grinding plant in Europe.

Experience the Pfeiffer workshop: For the first time, we offer you this year in addition to our current presentations also workshops about “Your topics“.

Specialists answer your questions: „Are my plant components perfectly adjusted on each other or could the production be increased with the help of changes“? Such participant questions as these will be discussed in detail in small groups by our specialists in process engineering on the 2nd and 3rd day of the workshop.
